Weekly Tariff

Letting Arrangements:

Weekly lets from 3.00 p.m. Saturday to 10.00 a.m. following Saturday.

Short lets only bookable from 4 weeks before arrival, at 75% of above weekly tariff

• Weekend short break from Friday to Monday
• Midweek short break from Monday to Friday

Included in price:

• Bed linen & Towels
• Heating & Electricity

Terms of Letting:

• Payment: £100 non-refundable deposit on booking, by UK cheque or bank transfer. Balance to be paid on arrival, cash only.
• Bookings will be held for up to 7 days pending receipt of the deposit cheque.
• Departure: Visitors agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition; to report all breakages, losses and damage to the proprietors, and to pay for them on leaving.
• Owner’s risk: Client’s baggage, vehicles and their contents are at owner’s risk at all times. Proprietors do not accept liability for accidents and injuries incurred during the client’s occupation of the premises or property. We suggest holiday insurance to cover personal items, holiday cancellation, personal  liability, etc.
• Maximum occupancy of two persons, no pets allowed.
• Nuisance: Proprietors reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is a nuisance or detrimental to the comfort of residents.
• Right of entry: We have the right to enter the property (without prior notice if this is not practical or possible) if special circumstances or emergencies arise (for instance if repairs need to be carried out).
• Strictly No Smoking within the property.
